What is covered
- Replacement of the MSDI implant or abutment.
- Coverage is limited to the cost of the implant and abutment only.
What is not covered
- Surgery, clinical procedures and professional fees.
- Materials, tools, instruments and accessories.
Conditions
- The treatment must use original MSDI components and instruments.
- Use of third-party components voids the warranty.
- Clinical judgment, case selection and treatment planning remain the responsibility of the practitioner.
