This policy explains how Medical Systems and Devices International Ltd. ("MSDI", "we", "us"), company number 515172211, Derech Haifa 37, Kiryat Ata, Israel, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit this website, place an order or contact us. MSDI is the data controller of your personal information. This store runs on Shopify.

Information we collect

Contact and order details: name, clinic or company name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the products you order.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and last digits), not your full card number.
Professional-use confirmation: your confirmation that you are buying for professional dental use, and any proof of professional status you send us.
Communications: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including customs paperwork (performance of a contract).
To meet legal duties, including tax, accounting and medical-device traceability records (legal obligation).
To answer your questions and provide product and technical support (legitimate interest).
To keep the store secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
To improve the website and understand how it is used (legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it).

Couriers and customs brokers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), to deliver your order.
Service providers for email, analytics, reviews and customer support, who process data only on our instructions.
Our authorized distributors, only when you ask us to connect you with your local distributor.
Authorities, when required by law, for example customs, tax or medical-device regulators.

We do not sell your personal information. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.
