These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it from Medical Systems and Devices International Ltd. ("MSDI", "we", "us"), company number 515172211, Derech Haifa 37, Kiryat Ata, Israel. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Professional use only

Our products are medical devices intended for professional dental use. They are sold only to dental professionals and businesses, such as dentists, clinics, dental laboratories, dental technicians, and staff or distributors purchasing on their behalf. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for professional dental use. We may ask for proof of professional status and may cancel an order if it is not provided.

2. Regulatory responsibility

Regulatory clearances differ from country to country, and not every product is cleared in every market. You are responsible for making sure the products you order may be imported, sold and used where you are. Please read the instructions for use (IFU) before using any product: eifu.msdi-dental.com. Clinical decisions, case selection and treatment planning remain the sole responsibility of the practitioner.

3. Product information

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product supplied. If a specification on the website differs from the IFU or the product label, the IFU and label prevail.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there. For large orders, other payment arrangements may be agreed in writing.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the order; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

6. Shipping, risk and ownership

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Implants and abutments are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSDI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or the outcome of any clinical treatment. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, war, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions and government action.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to MSDI or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.
