Who can buy from MSDI?
Our products are sold for professional dental use to dentists, clinics, dental laboratories, dental technicians and authorized distributors. We may ask for proof of professional status before confirming an order.
How can I place an order?
You can order through the standard store, with Catalog Order, which lets you order by reference code like a printed catalog, or with the Excel Order form for larger multi-line orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS express, usually within 48 hours on our working days (Sunday to Thursday). Delivery time depends on destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders of USD 500 or more, and a USD 50 flat rate on smaller orders.
Are duties and taxes included?
For the United States, yes: orders ship DDP and MSDI pays the import duties. For other destinations, import duties and taxes are set by local authorities and paid by the recipient, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Which payment methods and currency do you accept?
All prices are in USD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For large orders, contact us for other arrangements.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in sealed original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened sterile products and used products cannot be returned. See Returns & Refunds.
Do your implants carry a warranty?
Yes. MSDI implants and abutments are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms.
Which certificates do you hold?
MSDI holds CE MDR, FDA 510(k) clearance and ISO 13485:2016 certification, among others. See Certificates & Quality.
