Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on this website with Medical Systems and Devices International Ltd. ("MSDI", "we"), Derech Haifa 37, Kiryat Ata, Israel. All products are shipped from Israel. All prices and shipping rates are in US dollars (USD).

Carriers

Orders are shipped by express courier: DHL, FedEx or UPS. A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time

Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays. Orders are usually handled and dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) of payment confirmation. Transit time depends on the destination and on customs clearance.

Shipping rates

Orders of USD 500 or more: free shipping.
Orders below USD 500: flat rate of USD 50.

The shipping rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Some destinations, very large shipments or special handling may require a different rate. If so, we will contact you before dispatch.

Customs duties and VAT

Israel: 18% VAT is added to orders delivered in Israel and shown at checkout.
United States: orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). MSDI pays the customs duties and fees, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
All other destinations: orders are shipped by regular express. Customs duties and clearance fees set by the authorities of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Import requirements

Our products are medical devices. You are responsible for making sure the products may be imported and used in your country, and for providing any documents your customs authority requires. We will supply our certificates and declarations of conformity on request.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Couriers need a working phone number. Extra charges caused by an incorrect address or a refused delivery may be passed on to the buyer.

Damaged, missing or delayed parcels

Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and products, and we will resolve it with you and the carrier.
