Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on this website with Medical Systems and Devices International Ltd. ("MSDI", "we").

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at marketing@msdi-ltd.com before sending anything back, and include your order number. We will send you return instructions. Parcels sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Conditions for a return

Products must be unused, unopened and in their sealed original packaging, with all labels intact.
For hygiene and patient-safety reasons, sterile products whose packaging has been opened, and any product that has been used, cannot be returned.
Products made or ordered specially for you cannot be returned unless they are defective.
The buyer pays return shipping, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, its label (reference and lot number) and its packaging. In these cases MSDI covers the shipping costs and will replace the item or refund it, at your choice.

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. Import duties paid by the buyer are not refundable by MSDI.
