Product details & FAQ

The Alef multi-unit system supports screw-retained full-arch and multi-unit restorations at the abutment level. The multi-unit abutment moves the prosthetic connection above the soft tissue and, in its angled versions, corrects the axis of non-parallel implants so that all screw channels emerge in a usable position. This page covers the M1.6 mm version and lists the multi-unit abutments as the main items.

Straight multi-unit abutments

Straight abutments (MUA1–MUA5, Ø4.8 mm) are offered with collar heights of 1 to 5 mm. A concave non-rotational version (MUNRC1–MUNRC5) is also available for restorations that need an anti-rotation feature.

Angled multi-unit abutments

Angled abutments (Ø4.85 mm) restore a common path of insertion: 17° (MUA171–MUA174), 30° (MUA301–MUA304) and 45° (MUA451–MUA454), each with collar heights of 1 to 4 mm. Angled abutments come with a holder (MUHR).

Components of the system

The M1.6 system also includes sleeves (titanium and plastic), healing abutments, analogs, transfers, screws and digital components. These are sold separately and will be listed alongside this system. Please contact us if you need a complete component list for your case.
